- Booking and Payment: a. By booking our rental property, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. b. Prices are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. c. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of your stay.
- Rental Inclusions: a. Our rental includes a selection of local and homemade products in the fridge for your convenience and enjoyment. b. Free parking is provided for guests during their stay.
- Offers and Discounts: a. Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. b. Special promotions or offers may have specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Prohibited Activities: a. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited on the premises. b. Pets are not permitted in the rental property. c. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Designated smoking areas may be provided, please inquire upon arrival.
- Damage and Liability: a. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. b. Any damages incurred will be assessed and compensated after consultation with the owner. c. The rental property owner reserves the right to charge the guest for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Check-in and Check-out: a. Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Late check-out may be subject to additional charges. b. Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
- Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking terms selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details. b. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline.
- General: a. The rental property owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. b. Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings, as well as other guests and neighbors. c. Any disputes or complaints should be brought to the attention of the owner promptly for resolution.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges, eviction from the property, or legal action.
